hi guys, anyone following this one??
looks good value here at $2.49 although retail is slowing down, but VCX has got pretty good centres in good locations after checking out their portfolio, balance sheet looks strong with low debt, revenues are still strong, great management, and the buybacks are a plus.
Whats everyone think of VCX all opinions wanted, cheers.
