Ordinarily I don't like SPP's either but sometimes they are necessary. If the company could have raised the $2.1m from sophisticated and institutional investors then I suspect they would have.

I was not eligible to participate in the SPP as I was not a shareholder at the time but hopefully my recent on-market purchases will enable a couple of eligible shareholders to apply for their full entitlement.

Loyal long-suffering shareholders (like Uni, Mr D, 564, Benspurgin, Lumia etc.) have well and truly earned the opportunity to purchase up to 150,000 shares at 10c.
