Yes it's also interesting they had the option of 1.8 million in cash and 3 million dollars worth in vmc shares at vwap price.
the price was no lower than 15cents but no higher that 20cents.... I've stated before for dilution reasons management would want them issued at 20cents.....
Given the VPAP currently would be closer love to 16cents maybe this will be all cash 4.8 million.
Would be some coup if they made that happen.... Ahh love to see how this plays out....
