Not closed for business, closed for investment by private investors. Japan bought an uninterrupted RE supply with Samurai bonds. Shareholders have been methodically fleeced for many years now. Since The Lamp's byproduct is deemed nontoxic by international standards, Dr. M. had no choice but to take aim at the concentrate. It's either more share dilution or a buyout. I learned my lesson, no more of my resources will be invested in Malaysia only to have them taken by corrupt politicians. I'm holding until I judge it's time to liquidate and move on.
