How do you know?
It's impossible to know this new team will fail with 100% certainty (and especially with the short time frames they have been in their jobs).
From the look of the names appointed (their background and experience), I would like to think this is a good and capable team to transform the company for the better.
Who would you hire then if this is the wrong team?
