Ok I see it now - well I see the proof I'd just assumed this was the case until now:

Meaning they knowingly had only complied with only that specific part of the TOV but had not complied with the other part regarding the interest. And when they were called on the obvious said:


Meaning the 'Agreement' which clearly is not the TOV order but the terms of the loan agreement which presumably says or was at some point amended (perhaps) to say something about the interest being paid by the end of the quarter (which to my knowledge they've never honored that side of the agreement until now anyway). Notwithstanding the fact that effectively agreement between Stu and Stu it's even more absurd.

But as long as the TOV order is more of a friendly guideline, and JBL is a 'going concern' it's all cool right guys?

I wonder where JBL is going exactly? Not bankrupt I hope...
