No scam but regardless of how good the technology is; if Socionext don't believe they can manufacture the chip then BRN is dead in the water BUT if Socionext enters an agreement beyond the current MOU to a manufacturing agreement then not only will Socionext agree to manufacture but I expect they will position themselves as a JV with BRN or make a takeover move because they will be associated to a natural sales funnel such as there owners. It will be one or the other - only wished I had paid the 6c price and not 28c per share.
You can imagine the amount of investors clammering over each other to buy shares if they smell Socionext is heading to the next negotiating level.
We are at the real cross-road now, only question is; will Socionext lead us south or lead us north...?????
