There's still a 12month anticipated lead-in time.
Point is even if they sign a contract tomorrow with them, 0 chance of having a launch in June 2019. Refer to the schedule I provided which outlines the various stages to go through for a launch. It's not as simple as signing an agreement and off you go. Whilst yes it is a matter of number of customers in queue, it's also a matter of going through a systematic process for the launch.
