There are quite a few companies that have greater than 19.9% in another.
As far as i thought it was only a trigger point to state their intentions from that pint on so if they just say they are not making a takeover but would like a 25% stake for whatever reason that it was acceptable.
Or is that only if you are a resident company of Oz?
Anyone know the ins and outs of this trigger point??
