Also, looking a bit closer at the new Korean line, and what is already exisiting.
The Koreans intend to lay a new line from Djambala to Point Noire. It wouldnt run directly adjacent to our site, however, i did some overlays, and came up with an estimate of ~130kms, distance of tenement to the new line. Existing rail exists for this 130kms. It would connect at Makobano (spelling?) most likely.
based on the mentioned cost of $600 000/km to refurbish, that would leave a costing of 78million to have a fully refurbished line from mine to port for DMC.
not that expensive really.
