Personally I think anything above .075 is fair value at this moment in time. My opinion is based on their current projects which are all in the early stages . My opinion is not based on what I paid for them, I will add if the price goes lower on the expectation that the Pary's deal will be done by the end of July.
My medium term view is positive, if it wasnt, I would sell
