As I continue to educate myself on shorting, it is in my opinion and without doubt we are being shorted and will likely be so until a corrective announcement (e.g. takeover complete, positive intercepts &/or any other good news) comes out. So hopefully RMS management wont delay the release of any good news to avoid the stock falling too far.
From what I understand their is a positive to shorting besides liquidity. If and when some substantial good news comes out a rebound usually will result in a sharp spike up as the shorters scramble to close out their shorts!!
When fundamentals of a company are strong the shorters can only profit by a maximum of the SP value of the stock but their potential losses are limitless!!
