Key for this materially breaking higher IMO is a positive outcome from the court case today. Provided they dont win the insolvency bid and/or tancoal arent forced into making punitive payments, it should be the catalyst for a material move higher. The removal of this risk should (hopefully) allow the market to revalue the organsition for its real worth.
