the rules as I read them mean the Directors must not trade based off price sensitive information not yet known to the market. One can strongly assume, that based on this, FHS does not yet have the remaining outstanding results back nor any further information pertaining to the maiden JORC. Otherwise, the said director(s) could and would be prosecuted for insider trading.
