Your numbers are WRONG.

Not comparing apples with apples.

Two key differences:

1. Quarterlies show TOTALS. The announcements are about programmatic revenues only. You need to refer to the splits (segment reporting) in the financials or commentary in the quarterlies/other announcements to understand the split of revenues.
2. Quarterlies look at physical cash receipts NOT revenue. Cash collection lags revenue, so Q4 revenue would likely show up in Q1 2019 quarterly (depending on collection days)
