I spoke with the company about this a week or so ago. They have a "number of potentially significant developments" they are actively pursuing and as such don't consider there to be a window for management share purchases. They didn't say they would be buying if they could but he did say that through their current holdings of shares and options, they are well aligned with other share holders. I also got the impression that they were head down bum up flat out on DFS and off take discussions and perhaps don't watch the share price as constantly as some on this forum do (unfortunately me included!).
He said that if they do their work well, the share price will look after itself.
