Do the maths;
exercise 15m options @ 40c = $6m (not an amount of money everyone has lying around...!!)
his sales were worth $6.244m (lucky for him the SP spiked over those 2 days).
So he pocketed a bit off the top, well deserved I say. If he had sold all 15m, different story.
