That is probably the least likely outcome, its a silicon valley company and the people doing the real bidding on this stock (if that happens) will not be Australians, so looking after the small time Aussie investor will be the last thing on the minds of the negotiators imo.....if it even gets that far.
It's like no one here has heard the expression, don't count your chickens before they hatch.
