IMO its up based on a factual newspaper article which introduced the TAVR to potential new investors willing to take a punt.
You have to think it was undervalued with a market cap almost less than revenues, a good product pipeline, good IP and very little debt. Yes outgoings and fundings are a problem BUT that does make it the perfect turn around story or takeover target.
