Day to day discussions on S/P, page-9389

It is days like this where (perhaps mistakenly) I question my investment thesis.....to me having done my research the "stars" are aligning for PLS.
Yes they have clearly had a few teething issues as they ramp-up, but what producer doesn't. Yes they need funding to fully finalise Stage 2 and likely Stage 3, but i'm struggling to see given that this is actually producing why it is being pulled back !

KB and the BoD have in my mind diligently and prudently gone about their business, ticking off the boxes bit by bit, one by one.
Stage 1 funded and producing
Stage 2 product already accounted for
Stage 3 to be finalised
Possible JV in Downstream with POSCO
Shiploads leaving Pt Hedland bringing $$$$ into the coffers.....

Am I missing the elephant in the Room ???
