reading thru all this am i right in assuming the previous board raped and ruined the company a new set of directors came in and that they were going to make a fresh start of it but a few disgruntled shareholders screwed it all up for those that bought in low awaiting a reversal and comeback.
so the bitter and twisted win out again.
