They were beaten, embarrassed and had no other option. Minority shareholders were never considered - I don't believe the ASX is allowing a vote by the major shareholder or just maybe they have read HC overnight and saw what One Nation had been able to achieve for us.
We did it. It was a David and Goliath battle and we won. We all are to be congratulated for the work done by our legal representation, One Nation State and Federal, media and letters, letters, letters ......
