based on the big salaries, management fees, heavy admin costs, grade penalty, burgeoning debt facility and only enough cash to get through the next little while, i can't see this getting off the ground unless some extraordinary targets are successfully identified. even then they will need to raise again to get anywhere with it. can you imagine how another raise with CPS will go down given the last two?? exactly my point. i wanted to believe this was the real thing but i truly believe it has run out of steam. mishandled and too little too late.
