Chippy the "ONLY" thing that you have posted that is factual in your above post, is that:
"The Snowy 2 upgrade is now expected to cost 5.1 Billion to install"
The rest of your post is 100% untrue, and I can at least substantiate my accusations in this regard.
I would suggest that you do some thorough research and post factual information.
You are misleading others when you post information that is not the truth, as you have in the above post.
