The mistake wasn't Peter informing the board of the proposal from WGX..His is obligational duty...The mistake was the board commissioning that management perform all due diligence on the proposal.

We digress.

I'm pleased with box's ticked to date..Currently waiting on this signature before we can move to the next phase..The financing package will be the next critical step..We all seen how BAT reacted to less than favourable financing terms.

This is also why I am pleased to have David Edwards in his role..Super qualified..Highly motivated & I know from conversations he is a switched on individual..I'm backing David to get the financing right for shareholders.

Somewhere in all of this Nicanda Hill jv/partial sale seems to be joined at the hip with Ancuabes progression..How it's all possibly tied together is yet to be revealed.

Perhaps it will all collapse on our heads?

I have the opposite feelings right now.
