I used to be a Director / Co Sec for the "original" incarnation of Ecofibre from around 1997 to 2004, back when it was initially run out of Phil Warner's house. I crossed paths with HempCFO in the latter part of my tenure and I can vouch for his role there as well as his bona fides.
I have read what he has posted, and to the extent that I know the people and events mentioned, I can vouch that he is not making this stuff up. THis has been a story (and IPO) a long time in the making, and Phil's dogmatic persistence is the thing that laid the foundation for the Company and the business opportunity that it is today.
