Worley only bought the resources business off Jacobs (I.e. Jacobs ECR). The other infrastructure business stays as Jacobs. On the website link you provided, I only see one contact award in 2019 that would refer to Jacobs ECR.
The purchase of the AMEC Foster Wheeler UK business made a lot of sense to me ... but I don’t feel the same on the latest Jacobs ECR purchase.
