on the flip side it would have placed the board in a very volitile situation
do we accept Fuji deal knowing another strike might happen if we don’t
we would have ripped the rug out from underneath them and weakened their negotiating power massively,

in in such an important stage of the companies growth that was not the right time to vote NO and our current situation is prevelant to that.
Now I know we are all board but please let’s look forward as for a Asian director bahahaha why would ya all the works already been done !! Just waiting on a couple off pencil pushers to be happy
