Of course these people recommend you take no action - the meeting is an attempt to finally get rid of them.
Honestly, despite being incompetent, these bogan pirates must believe shareholders are even stupider than they are.
I for one will be throwing my voting power behind any move to oust these directors. These directors have watched these pirates bleed shareholders for all they're worth, intimidated shareholders at the AGM, treated ageing retiree shareholders who have lost their savings with contempt and what have they done? The directors have, as per the announcement, TAKEN NO ACTION. Appalling.
We need new directors. Vote at this meeting, and maybe we'll salvage something from this sinking ship.
