Sorry to stick on this issue but you are incorrect...the ANZ party on the AMSLA contracts was ANZ Nominees...not ANZ Bank.
ANZ Nominees 'owned' all the stock for Opes, Chimaera and Tricom. ANZ bank provided the finance to Opes, Chimarea and Tricom.
BUT...ANZ Nominees treated Opes clients as having 'beneficial ownership', with all corporate actions activity going to Opes clients.
WHEREAS...they treated Chimaera and Tricom clients COMPLETELY DIFFERENTLY.
WHY???
