12% was shown on the slideshow at the agm. i questioned it during the meeting but was not given any additional information other than what was announced re: 1.1 billion funding by ian egan.

another poster here whom i won't mention, but is free to back me up on this, also saw ian egan come to us after the meeting with a spreadsheet showing an extra 4.3 million shares that CVI would receive "as part of the deal". he didn't elaborate on what we'd need to give pensador. he had to fly.

if you factor that in, makes a huge difference to cvi's cash backing in Pensador hence why i emailed the company asking them to re-release the latest presentation explaining how we get 12%. perhaps this may announced soon....
