Yeh considered the SPP in the same context as the placement. Something else that has always left me intrigued is the past tense nature of the following from the same announcement. Although no record date has been declared the use of the words "at & was". I have been meaning to check the general listing rules to determine whether it is simply a lift from that document. That said I have been a long term holder; hence stand a better chance of the full allocation. Any opinions?
"Under the terms of the Company’s SPP each eligible shareholder of the Company (being a registered shareholder at the record date for the SPP) was entitled to acquire up to $5,000 worth of shares in the Company at a discounted price to market, being 12 cents per SPP Share. The Board of the Company structured the SPP to incentivise and encourage its loyal, smaller shareholders."
