If the new directors (if apppointed) wind up business, sell the assets and distribute the proceeds to the shareholders, would Captain Carpark and cronies (as shareholders) get some of the loot?
Perhaps the pirates would not be eligible due to 'proceeds of crime' law?
Perhaps thje pirates would need to surrender all personal property, including houses and cars, to HML, BHD and JBL for residistribution to the real shareholders via 'proceeds of crime' law?
Would the false performance fees based on false NTA values be recoverable from the pirates?
Would the quesionable brokerage fees be recoverable from the pirates?
What about the loans to other related entities?
What a mess, and the ineviitable court case could drag on for a while I suspect. Jail time?
If the new directors resurrect HML, rather than closing HML down, would the pirates be entitled to board positions as significant shareholders?
