Yes....sadly IF it is the Chinese direction you are right.

In this event the thing that REALLY annoys me is the monopoly of the PC traders who are HIGHLY subject to price manipulation.

If the price had stayed in the 11-12 cents range, or even higher, over 30% more could be raised with the same amount of shares. That's assuming that is what takes place. Who knows.

If this is the cornerstone investor - it is dilution, but it is a step forward that perhaps must be taken eventually anyway.

Anyway, we shall know shortly. Could be right out of left field yet!!!!
