Sorry but don't you think the AFR wouldn't have gotten a hold of the term sheet? Bit too much detail including the broker, scale etc. The scale of the raise indicates they haven't had as much interest from big pharma as they'd been letting on. $50m wouldn't touch the sides for the Ph3 trial so will have to come back to market again if they have to do it themselves. Everyone ready for a $150m raise in the next 12 months?
