IMO someone even more powerful than that would most probably join the RAP board. Think outside of Australia.. we need to see some clearances from the regulatory bodies come through first. Partnerships and big deals will follow as well as additional board members all in my personal opinion of course...
CE decision is imminent, if CE mark is granted then TGA is a given. This will unlock a Chinese partner to eventually lead to commercial production with in Asia...

SP looking good, volume looks to be picking up and we're past the heavy supply area of $0.12. this was indicated by a close above that region yesterday. Bullish indicators have come into play with a pass of our 100 day moving average. Looks like she's all lubed up for the next leg up...
