Public companies require a minimum of three Directors. Why does this company need four to operate and what does each of these Directors bring to the company? What are each of these people doing that is of benefit to advancing this company? And what are they contributing to receive their generous renumeration package?

Also - what about the General Manager of Operations - Robert Kidd?? Is he performing to a sufficient standard down at Granville to ensure he remain in his position?

These are what we need to consider if tin sales do not commence and an EGM is decided to be called.
