My opinion is that during the last recovery we had the market was pricing in a successfull jv. Now my opinion is that at this levels the jv not going forward is mostly priced in.
Sentiment is very low at the moment. Needs nothing to spark fire to the upside.
I might be wrong, and as always no one can predict the future.
