expecting expense for Q1 2019 is around 1.5 m
if we assume similar expense for Q2 2019.

we will need CR before 30/6/19 which is done.

if assume similar expense for Q3 2019 , then the fund from strategic investor (1.65 m) along is enough for Q3. then the SPP is just a reward for shareholders, a bonus for company and icing on the cake.

from the time chart we know a lot is going to happen from now to end of Q3.

if the SP is blew 0.06 cents or SPP not fully subscribe( sine its cheaper to buy on market), it only creates doubt and fear to shake weak hands .is there anything happen under table we dont know?

SP only give opportunity not information.
