Do you think that if Labor win the election there may be a rush on established property for a short period by investors wanting the benefits of negative gearing etc as Labor has said it will apply from Jan 1 2020? And if this was to happen there would be a small spike in prices followed by bigger declines in 2020 as investors would be few and far between.
