If this is true, it's a poorly thought out policy.
If I have an accountant on my staff as an employee, it's presumably tax deductible. If I use an accountant firm, the tax deduction on fees are capped.
Another example of Bill Shorten not actually caring about the substance of a policy, as long as it sells well.
