Build 0 was for the Performance Shares - I'll add it as a sub note for the Class A performance shares though to negate confusion.
Even though I somewhat agree with your last statement, as I've stated previously; Royalties through CAT sales would have been a short-term money maker but likely utilized by fewer contractors given the complexity of the machine (maintenance costs) and the requirement to source specialized blocks.
