Judging by the history of this company (as often seen with the ASX), you get old holders not happy with a change in project/direction and it is inevitable they flee. This is healthy so the a new generation of share holders can come on board. Don't dismiss that this company has been in public play for about 10 years where the share price had peaked around $1. It's the new Syngas project that will deliver it back and well beyond the previous $1 high before too long.
