IMO they will apply for in-principle waiver of the consolidation under “the 20 cent rule”. Think there are a number of conditions but one of them relates to a 2 cent rule where as long as over preceding 20 days to the company changing announcement we weren’t reading at less than 2 cents then we don’t need to consolidate....I had a rough look and we announced the “binding cobalt plant purchase” around 23/7/2018 and reckon we just scrapped it in....Yeah heart palpitations!!!
Who cares consolidation or not....with a “cobalt plant” worth $70m and that will be well north of this when processing at 250,000tpa with plans to move to 1mtpq, with near term cash flow, and that $25m offtake the MC IMO well north of 300m as the agreement locks in sales and guarantees revenue flows....market will reward this minnow as a revenue earner and it will be worth multiples of future earnings which the londoners just luv....remember automakers spending $300b in EV...heart palpitations alright...how about that VW planning $57b on batteries with 50ev models and 30 hybrid models....Bring on EV
