@vmk. does your model include increase in revenue per customer?
I haven't looked at LVT in particular but as a general rule revenue retention rate is a product of ARR and increase in revenue per customer - churn etc. So early SaaS often have stable revenue per customer and gradually increase as the product and relationship with customer matures.
does LVT have a record of cross selling or increasing fees per customer ?
