I don't think its insider trading myself (waits with baited breath for an announcement to prove me wrong) - merely a company that has been trading at a minimal mkt. cap. for quite sometime being re-rated to a more appropriate value.
The uranium sector has been a bust for sometime now, but a bit of interest has returned recently. ERN still holds some highly prospective land and has mineral sands prospects as well.
The shares had previously traded above $1 and the options above $0.90, so the fall has been quite dramatic.
Cheers
