you had literally months prior to buy at a price lower than that. there's no chance any retail investor is buying into a placement at a PREMIUM, so the management did exactly the right thing here. if you're talking about them raising at 20% discount like we see elsewhere, then yes, you'd be right. it only looks cheap to you now - the beauty of hindsight mate. at the time, you would have run for the hills if offered to buy into a placement at a premium
