I agree with you, but the deal is not done, until the deal is done!!!
Tabled on the AGM Agenda is resolution 1 and resolution 2 based on anticipation of success of a FO and other adventures. I would be more comfortable with remuneration and incentives post-conditional on a successful FO and other adventures, rather than based on the hype of anticipation of success, which may not happen!!!
