”Admedus notes that the Immunotherapies Transaction remains subject to a number of conditions, including the signing of the Subscription Agreement, which means it is not currently certain the translation will proceed”.
Either some fine tuning or something left field!
Worst case scenario shouldn’t effect sp, doubt if any value of this (being sold) is incorporated in the current sp, imo.
