I agree with you comments.

Apparently, we as shareholders, are not considered much by the Directors. We are the suckers who come up with the funds when they go for an IPO, and they need that money to start.
After that, we are nothing. Only suckers who supplied the funds for them to twist us as they want.

Wellcome to the share market my friend but, if you don't like the excitement of it all, you shouldn't be in it.
